Delivery Policy
1.0 Delivery Charges
1.1 Delivery Address: Malaysia
FREE SHIPPING (within Malaysia only) for orders over RM300
For order less than RM300,
- Flat rate RM10 for shipping within Peninsular Malaysia.
- Flat rate RM28 for shipping to East Malaysia.
1.2 Delivery Address: Singapore
Flat rate RM45 for delivery to Singapore.
2.0 Delivery Service
We will be in full control of the delivery and may choose to deliver the Product in any of the following manner:
- Courier Service Company
- Third Party Service Provider
3.0 Estimation on Delivery Period
Once an Order for a Product has been paid for by the Buyer, the status for the Order will be automatically changed to “Processing”,
- Within 2 weeks from order date, we will pack and ship out the product
- User can expect to receive their order within 14 working days (within Malaysia)
4.0 Updates To Our Delivery Policy
We may be required to revise and/or modify this Delivery Policy from time to time and the updated version shall apply and supersede any and all previous versions.
